Mr. Allhad Ch. Panda is a veteran in the field of engineering, having worked with the Govt. of Odisha for many years. He also has a keen interest in social work and the upliftment of underprivileged children. At the same time, he also has an interest in odia literature. This makes him an invaluable members of the board of directors. His vision for a society where children can flourish, aligns with our objectives. His wise counsel in all matters continues to shape and direct our path.

Anwesha Kiran has been part of the organisation since her teenage years. She has actively participated in our programs. She has helped plan, organise and execute our efforts in every step of the way. Currently working in curriculum development, she has had an interest in education and her insights are a integral part of developing our programs. Her vision for Ankur: no child should be denied his or her right to quality education because of a lack of means.

Dipti Pradhan, a senior secondary school teacher with 20 years of experience, was born in Berhampur on 13th May 1972. Undoubtedly, she is an educationist who loves to connect with parents and children to provide proper guidance and teach them how to face today's problems, which are becoming increasingly prominent in our society. Dipti, along with 40 other women, formed a group to empower each other and often visit old age homes to help those in need. She has written two cookery books that combine the tastes and flavors of Assam and Odisha. She continues her job and social work proudly.
